Why visit Lakshadweep
You may view the prismatic coral and swimming Nemo if you stroll a few meters away from the white sand beach with your snorkeling gear into the glistening turquoise sea. The islands are so small that you can hardly miss the sea when traveling along the road that is encircled by coconut plantations. Due to the lesser number of visitors here, The land and sea life are well-conserved environmentally.
There seem to be more coconut trees than people in the area. The islands have such a sparse population that, only after three-four days on an island, you start recognizing the locals, and they reciprocate with a wide smile.
